I'd been experiencing neck shoulder and other back related tension issues for about 6 months. Finally decided to try a chiropractor. I noticed 50% improvements over my first few sessions. Through discussions with Olivia and Corban I realised I also needed to be putting in rehabilitation work outside the chiropractor for full recovery. Once I started to incorporate everything recommend from them I noticed big improvements. The biggest difference I noticed was when I started to hang each day from a bar. I'm sure all the treatment made the difference but the hanging seemed to crack the last bit of tension we couldn't quite get. I'm finally feeling good again. Thanks Corban and Olivia!

Very thorough conversation and checks done prior to first adjustment to ensure it was safe and suitable to do. Love the use of the physiapp for detailed exercises with reminders. Really happy with the care taken and services provided.
