Adele is the best!! A friend of mine recommended to see her when I became pregnant, best decision ever. She is so thorough, knowledgeable, kind, professional and when strange and painful symptoms arose for me, she worked hard to figure out how to keep me as comfortable as possible throughout my pregnancy. She not only addresses every issue, but equips people with knowledge about the body, what to do at home to keep the body feeling as well as possible. Adele spent time and effort after consults emailing through recommendations & stretches for whatever was happening. Then, once our baby was born, she assessed him too which was invaluable. I was so sad to move away because it meant I wouldn’t get her as my chiro anymore! 10/10 recommend Adele!
